摘要
本文介绍唐蜀华教授对于扩张型心肌病(DCM)的病因病机认识及辨治用药特点.唐老认为,扩张型心肌病病理性质以正虚为本、血瘀水停为标,当治以扶正补虚、活血化瘀利水.同时强调治疗时需明辨病情发展阶段,把握病机变化,结合现代药理,衷中参西,灵活遣方用药,发挥中西医结合治疗优势,提升患者生活质量,改善预后.
Abstract
This study introduced Professor Tang Shuhua's understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM)and the characteristics of syndrome differentiation,treatment,and medication.Professor Tang believes that the pathological nature of DCM is healthy qi deficiency as root cause and blood stasis and fluid retention as manifestation.The treatment should focus on reinforcing healthy qi,tonifying deficiency,activating blood,resolving stasis,and eliminating water retention.At the same time,Professor Tang emphasizes the need to identify the stage of disease progression,grasps the changes in pathogenesis,combines modern pharmacology,integrates traditional Chinese and Western medicine,flexibly prescribes medications,leverages the advantages of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment,improves patient quality of life,and enhances prognosis.
