摘要
胆囊炎是临床常见病和多发病,呈长期慢性,反复发作.西医治疗主要在急性期运用抗感染、解痉止痛、利胆等疗法,但部分药物有一定的副作用,部分患者依从性差,中医治疗本病有着较好的疗效.严继林教授治疗该病时,以肝胆之气郁滞立论,结合患者或兼有脾胃气虚,或兼湿浊,或兼瘀血,或兼肝阴血亏虚,或兼肝寒气郁等兼见证,治疗以理气通滞为主,运用经验方"推气四逆散"辨证加减治疗胆囊炎以及结石性胆囊炎,在缓解症状、改善一般情况方面均有着显著的疗效.
Abstract
Cholecystitis is a common and frequently occurring disease in clinical practice,characterized by long-term chronic and recurrent episodes.Western medicine treatment mainly uses anti-infection,spasmolysis and pain relief,and choleretic therapy in the acute phase,but some drugs have certain side effects and some patients have poor compliance.However,Chinese medicine treatment has shown better efficacy.Professor YAN Jilin's treatment of this disease focused on regulating qi and expelling stagnation as depression and stagnation of liver-gallbladder qi is the main cause.Besides,patients often show syndromes of depression and stagnation of liver-gallbladder qi combined with spleen-stomach qi deficiency,or combined with dampness turbidity,or combined with blood stasis,or combined with liver yin-blood deficiency,or combined with liver cold and qi depression,thus Professor YAN modified the empirical formula Tuiqi Sini Powder based on syndrome differentiation for the treatment of cholecystitis and calculous cholecystitis.His treatment showed significant efficacy in relieving symptoms and improving general conditions.
