Medical Cases of Modified Zexie Decoction in Treatment of Hypertension with Phlegm and Blood Stasis Syndrome

摘要
高血压病是一种常见的慢性疾病,单纯应用西药控制血压,存在药物副作用、应用禁忌、一些患者血压控制不理想等问题,中药具有多环节、多靶点发挥作用的优势.痰瘀型高血压病在临床中较为常见,本文总结张树峰老师治疗痰瘀型高血压病的临床经验,其以健脾利水、活血祛痰为原则,运用泽泻汤加味方治疗痰瘀型高血压病,临床疗效显著.
Abstract
Hypertension is a common chronic disease.Simply using Western medicine to control blood pressure may lead to drug side effects,contraindications,and unsatisfactory blood pressure control for some patients.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has the advantage of acting on multiple links and targets.Hypertension with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome is relatively common in clinical practice.This article summarized the clinical experience of Professor Zhang Shufeng in treating hypertension with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.Professor Zhang focuses on invigorating the spleen,promoting diuresis,activating blood,and dispelling phlegm,and applies modified Zexie Decoction to treat hypertension with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,achieving significant clinical efficacy.
