黄连温胆汤足浴联合耳穴治疗痰热内扰型失眠的临床研究

摘要
目的 本文主要探究痰热内扰型失眠患者联合采用黄连温胆汤足浴与耳穴治疗法的临床效果.方法 选取我院门诊部 2021 年 9 月—2023 年 3 月收录的 100 例痰热内扰型失眠患者作为研究对象,将 100 例痰热内扰型失眠患者随机分为 50 例对照组(黄连温胆汤足浴治疗)、50例观察组(黄连温胆汤足浴+耳穴压豆治疗),对比两组患者治疗前后睡眠质量评分、临床治疗有效率等指标.结果 治疗前两组患者睡眠质量评分差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),治疗后两组患者睡眠质量评分差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组临床治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 痰热内扰型失眠患者采取黄连温胆汤足浴与耳穴治疗方案,可有效改善患者的睡眠质量以及失眠症状,提高疾病治疗效果.
Abstract
Objective This paper explores the clinical effect of Huanglian Wendan Decoction foot bath combined with auricular points for the treatment of insomnia caused by phlegm-heat internal disturbance.Methods 100 patients with insomnia of the phlegm-heat internal disturbance type admitted to our clinic from September 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the control group(50 cases,Huanglian Wendan Decoction foot bath)and experimental group(50 cases,Huanglian Wendan Decoction foot bath + auricular points treatment).Indicators such as sleep quality score and clinical response rate of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results There was no statistically significant difference in sleep quality scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),but there was a statistically significant difference after treatment(P<0.05).The clinical response rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions The treatment scheme of Huanglian Wendan Decoction foot bath combined with auricular points can effectively improve the sleep quality and insomnia symptoms of patients with insomnia caused by phlegm-heat internal disturbance,and improve the treatment effect.
