基于CiteSpace对慢性荨麻疹研究的可视化分析

摘要
目的 了解 2013-2023 年慢性荨麻疹研究热点及趋势,为相关研究提供参考.方法 检索中国知网(CNKI)、Web of Science(WOS)核心集数据库收录的 2013 年 1 月 1 日—2023年 3 月 1 日慢性荨麻疹研究文献.采用CiteSpace 6.1.R6 软件对作者、研究机构、关键词进行可视化分析.结果 经筛选,纳入中文文献 3067 篇、英文文献 1783 篇,中英文年发文量均在100 篇以上,而且英文发文量逐年递增.中英文文献发文最多的研究机构分别是成都中医药大学、Charite Univ Med Berlin,发文量最多的作者分别是郭静、Maurer Marcus.中文高频关键词有"荨麻疹""临床疗效""氯雷他定",英文高频关键词有"chronic urticaria""chronic idiopathic urticaria""diagnosis".结论 我国今后关于慢性荨麻疹的研究更侧重于传统医学,比如名医经验、针刺,无论国内国外,一切旨在寻找该病更为有效的治疗方法及改善患者疾病预后.
Abstract
Objective The paper aims to review the research focus and trends of chronic urticaria from 2013 to 2023 to provide reference for relevant research.Methods The research literature of chronic urticaria registered in the CNKI and the core collection of Web of Science from January 1,2013 to March 1,2023 were retrieved.CiteSpace 6.1.R6 was used for visual analysis of authors,research institutions and keywords.Results After screening,3067 papers in Chinese and 1783 papers in English were included.The annual number of papers both in Chinese and English exceeded 100,and the number of papers in English increased year by year.The research institutions with the largest number of papers in Chinese and English are Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Charlie Univ Med Berlin,respectively,and the authors with the largest number of papers are Guo Jing and Maurer Marcus,respectively.The Chinese high-frequency keywords include"荨麻疹"(urticaria),"临床疗效"(clinical efficacy)and"氯雷他定"(loratadine),while the English high-frequency keywords include"chronic urticaria","chronic idiopathic urticaria"and"diagnosis".Conclusion In the future,the research on chronic urticaria in China will focus on traditional medicine,such as the experience of famous doctors and acupuncture.Research both in China and at abroad aims to find more effective treatment methods and improve the prognosis of patients.
