肺结节的中医辨治研究进展

摘要
随着计算机断层扫描(Computed Tomography,CT)技术的提高和肺癌高危人群筛查的普及,肺结节的临床检出率不断升高.目前,西医对于肺结节暂无良好的干预手段,而中医辨证论治、整体观念以及治未病的特色,针对此类起病隐匿、进展缓慢、病程较长的慢性疾病,在治疗效果及预后转归上都有着显著优势.本文通过检索大量肺结节相关文献,总结中医临床辨治肺结节的研究进展,对中医病名、病因病机、辨证方式、治疗方法等进行综述,以期为肺结节的进一步研究及临床诊疗提供一定的参考.
Abstract
With the advancement of computed tomography(CT)technology and the popularization of lung cancer screening for high risk cohort,there has been a continuous increase in the clinical detection rate of pulmonary nodules.At present,Western medicine lacks effective intervention methods for pulmonary nodules.However,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)offers significant advantages in terms of treatment effectiveness and prognosis for these chronic diseases characterized by insidious onset,slow progression,and a prolonged course,owing to its distinctive features of syndrome differentiation and treatment,concept of holism,and treatment of disease before its onset.This article summarizes the research progress of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of pulmonary nodules by searching for a large number of relevant literatures on pulmonary nodules.It reviews the disease names,etiologies and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation methods,and treatment methods of TCM,in order to provide meaningful insights for further research,as well as the clinical diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary nodules.
