摘要
慢性心力衰竭(慢性心衰)是各种心脏疾病的终末期阶段,严重危害人类生命健康,给社会带来了沉重负担.中医药治疗慢性心衰在临床应用广泛、疗效显著.近年来越来越多的研究表明,解毒类中药复方或单体可通过调控多种靶点及信号通路干预心衰进程,改善心功能.本文主要通过检索中国知网、维普、万方及PubMed等数据库自 2018-2023 年的相关文献,围绕抗炎症反应、抗氧化应激、抗心肌纤维化、抑制心肌细胞凋亡、调节线粒体稳态和能量代谢几个方面对解毒类中药治疗慢性心衰的作用机制进行综述.
Abstract
Chronic heart failure is the terminal stage of various heart diseases,which seriously jeopardizes the life and health of human beings and brings a heavy burden to society.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment of chronic heart failure has been widely used in clinical practice,with remarkable efficacy.In recent years,more and more studies have shown that detoxifying TCM compounds or monomers can intervene in the process of heart failure by regulating multiple targets and signaling pathways,so as to improve cardiac function.This paper searched the relevant literature in CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,and PubMed databases from 2018 to 2023 and reviewed the research progress of the mechanism of detoxifying TCM in treating chronic heart failure from the aspects of anti-inflammatory response,anti-oxidative stress,anti-myocardial fibrosis,inhibition of cardiomyocyte apoptosis,regulation of mitochondrial homeostasis,and energy metabolism.
