摘要
抗肿瘤药物相关性肾损害是恶性肿瘤治疗过程中的常见不良反应之一.中医的整体观念和辨证论治对于抗肿瘤药物相关性肾损害有着独特的优势.周恩超教授认为,"肾元亏虚"和"肾毒"在本病的发生发展过程中起着十分重要的作用.他提倡在整个治疗过程中运用益肾解毒的方法,并在临床实践中取得了显著的治疗效果.
Abstract
Antineoplastic drug-induced kidney damage is one of the common adverse reactions in the treatment of malignant tumors.The holistic concept and syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)have unique advantages for antineoplastic drug-induced kidney damage.Professor Zhou Enchao believes that"kidney element deficiency"and"kidney toxicity"play an important role in the occurrence and development of the disease.He used the method of tonifying kidneys and detoxifying in the whole treatment process and achieved remarkable therapeutic effects in clinical practice.
