摘要
腹泻型肠易激综合征发病机制复杂,病情反复,对个人的生活质量和工作效率产生重大影响,且临床治疗上暂未发现特异性药物.孙盛教授认为本病多属本虚标实,病位在肠,与肝、脾、肾密切相关,健脾固本为治疗的根本大法,再结合虚实寒热辨证施治,巧用风药,适时加用活血化瘀之品.该文通过结合临床典型医案,从病因病机、辨证治疗、用药分析等方面介绍孙盛教授治疗该病的临证体会和经验.
Abstract
Diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D)has a complex pathogenesis,characterized by recurrent symptoms,significantly impacting patients'quality of life and work efficiency.Currently,no specific drugs have been identified for clinical treatment.Professor Sun Sheng believes that this disease often involves deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality,primarily affecting the intestines and closely related to the liver,spleen,and kidneys.The fundamental principle of treatment lies in strengthening the spleen and consolidating root.Based on differentiation of deficiency and excess,cold and heat,Professor Sun skillfully uses wind-dispelling herbs,and timely adds blood-activating and stasis-dispelling herbs.This article,through the analysis of clinical typical cases,introduced Professor Sun Sheng's clinical experiences and insights into the treatment of this disease from aspects such as etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation,and medication.
