目的 评价芒针疗法联合中医辨证干预肝郁脾虚型溃疡性结肠炎的有效性和安全性。方法 选择肝郁脾虚型溃疡性结肠炎患者 64 例，按照随机数字表法将其分为两组，分别为治疗组和对照组，治疗组根据中医辨证，给予芒针治疗，配合培土疏郁汤口服;对照组口服美沙拉嗪缓释颗粒。比较两组治疗前后的中医证候积分及治疗后临床有效率。结果 治疗后，治疗组中医证候积分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0。01);治疗组的临床总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。结论 芒针疗法联合中医辨证干预肝郁脾虚型溃疡性结肠炎较单纯西药口服更具有优势，值得临床推广。
Clinical Efficacy of Awn Needling Therapy Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Differentiation in Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis with Liver Depression and Spleen Deficiency Syndrome
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of awn needling therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome differentiation intervention for ulcerative colitis with liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome.Methods Sixty-four eligible ulcerative colitis patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome were selected and divided into two groups using a random number table:the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group received awn needling therapy according to TCM syndrome differentiation combined with oral administration of Peitu Shuyu Decoction.The control group received oral administration of mesalazine sustained-release granules.The TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment and the clinical efficacy after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01);the total clinical effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Awn needling therapy combined with TCM syndrome differentiation intervention for ulcerative colitis with liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome shows advantages over oral administration of Western medicine alone and deserves clinical promotion.
