浅析易水学派对于黄芪的配伍应用

摘要
易水学派善用黄芪,其认为黄芪可内可外,可上可下,是上中内外三焦之药,可补虚泻阴火.易水学派常用黄芪配伍风类药物治疗内伤杂病,究其原因是因为黄芪与风药相辅相成,两者配伍,可起到升补之功,现代药理学研究结果是风药对黄芪有着协同增效作用.易水学派使用黄芪是依据其独特的内伤理论,其用量轻巧,用法独特,可为临床配伍应用黄芪提供新的思路.
Abstract
The Yishui School adeptly utilizes Astragali Radix and believes that Astragali Radix can function internally or externally and target both upper and lower regions of the body,making it a versatile drug in triple energizer.It is considered capable of nourishing deficiencies and draining yin heat.The Yishui School often combines Astragali Radix with wind-dispelling drugs to treat internal injuries and various ailments.This practice stems from the belief that Astragali Radix and wind-dispelling drugs complement each other,achieving the effects of nourishment and ascending.Modern pharmacological studies support this synergy,showing that wind-dispelling drugs have a synergistic effect with Astragali Radix.The Yishui School's use of Astragali Radix is based on its unique theory of internal injuries,employing precise dosages and unique methods,which offer new perspectives for the clinical application of Astragali Radix in compatibility and application.
