温通法论治2型糖尿病研究初探

摘要
近年来,随着生活节奏的加快,现代人脾胃、肝脏负担日益加重,加之生活和饮食条件的改善,2 型糖尿病的发病率逐年增高,已成为中国重大公共卫生问题."气止则血止,气阻则水停"导致的微循环障碍是构成糖尿病及其并发症发生发展的主要因素.温通法从调整气机角度入手,通过使用辛甘化阳、淡渗利湿等药物,对患者机体起到温阳散寒、流通气血、饮化津布的作用.本文主要探究"温通法"论治 2 型糖尿病的临床应用,以期为本病的治疗提供新的思路和方向.
Abstract
In recent years,with the acceleration of the pace of life,the burden on people's spleen,stomach,and liver is heavy,coupled with the improvement of living and dietary conditions,the incidence of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)is increasing year by year and has become a major public health problem in China.Microcirculation disorder caused by"Qi stop leads to the cease of blood,and Qi obstruction causes water retention"is the main factor contributing to the occurrence and development of diabetes mellitus and its complications.The warming-dredging method reinforces Yang with the pungent and sweet drugs or induces diuresis with bland drugs to warm Yang to dissipate cold,circulate the Qi and blood,and resolve retained fluid from the perspective of adjusting the Qi mechanism.This article mainly discussed the clinical application of the warming-dredging method in the treatment of T2DM,so as to provide new ideas and directions for the treatment of this disease.
