从方证相应理论浅析以"疮疡"论治精浊的用药情况

摘要
方证相应是指在治疗疾病时,一个方子对应一个证型,既包含方药,也包含相应的证,既有理,亦有法.对于精浊的治疗,先弄清疾病证候,再选择相应的方剂.以"疮疡"指导精浊的论治,必须紧紧抓住其与疮疡在病因病机上的相似性.从中医理论方面分析,二者的基本病机变化有气血瘀阻、壅滞不通、化热成脓的相似性.以方证相应理论为指导,对精浊各阶段的病因病机进行相关探究,论述精浊不同证型的方子选用,为今后治疗精浊提供一定的研究思路.
Abstract
The theory of prescription corresponding to syndrome means that in the treatment of a disease,a prescription is used according to the syndrome of a patient,involving both rationality and methodology.In the treatment of turbid essence,the physician needs to first understand the symptom of the patient and then choose the corresponding prescription.In the treatment of turbid essence from sore and ulcer,physicians need to grasp the similarity of the etiology and pathogenesis between the two conditions.In terms of the TCM pathogenesis,both conditions have qi stagnation and blood stasis,congestion and obstruction,and transformation of heat into pus.According to the theory of prescription corresponding to syndrome,we explored the etiology and pathogenesis of turbid essence at each stage and discussed the selection of prescriptions according to different syndromes of the patients,shedding light on the treatment of turbid essence with prescriptions in the future.
