中药足弓支撑垫联合增高鞋垫干预柔性扁平足的临床观察

摘要
目的 观察中药足弓支撑垫联合增高鞋垫对柔性扁平足大学生运动能力恢复的效果.方法 选择我校2022级中医骨伤专业及中医学专业在校学生的86例柔性扁平足患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将学生分为对照组和观察组各 43 例.对照组给予足弓支撑垫联合增高鞋垫治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予中药足弓支撑垫治疗,比较两组的疗效.结果 治疗后观察组运动后出现足部疼痛不适的运动距离与对照组相比显著增加(P<0.05),观察组内侧纵弓角(A角)与对照组相比明显减小(P<0.05),观察组外侧纵弓角(B角)与对照组相比明显减小(P<0.05),观察组舟骨结节距离与对照组相比明显增大(P<0.05).结论 中药足弓支撑垫联合增高鞋垫治疗大学生柔性扁平足效果显著优于单纯足弓支撑垫联合增高鞋垫.对柔性扁平足的病人在物理治疗的基础上,应该注重发挥中医"补肝肾、强筋骨"的治疗原则并结合中医治疗痿证的法则进行治疗,从而提高治疗效果.
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Chinese medicine foot arch support pad combined with raised insole on the recovery of athletic ability in college students with flexible flat feet.Methods Eighty-six students from Shandong College of Traditional Chinese Medicine,majoring in Traditional Chinese Medicine Orthopedics and Traumatology and Traditional Chinese Medicine,with flexible flat feet were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received treatment with a foot arch support pad combined with raised insoles,while the observation group received Chinese medicine foot arch support pad treatment in addition to the treatment in the control group.The efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the distance of foot pain and discomfort in the observation group increased significantly compared to the control group(P<0.05).The medial longitudinal arch angle(A angle)and the lateral longitudinal arch angle(B angle)in the observation group were significantly smaller than those in the control group(P<0.05).The distance of the navicular tuberosity in the observation group was significantly greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Chinese medicine foot arch support pad combined with raised insole is significantly better than that of treating flexible flat feet with a foot arch support pad and raised insoles alone.For patients with flexible flat feet,in addition to physical treatment,attention should be paid to the traditional Chinese medicine principles of"tonifying the liver and kidneys,strengthening bones and muscles",and the treatment principles for flaccidity syndrome,to improve the therapeutic effect.
