摘要
兰茂被后人尊称为"神农后裔,滇南乡贤",其学术思想集中体现在《滇南本草》一书.本文通过对《滇南本草》中记载用于治疗肺病的相关药物按性味归经、主治病证进行分类汇总、梳理总结,以此分析诸如感冒、咳嗽、哮病、肺痈、肺痨等疾病的用药特点、病因病机、组方思路及预防调护.这对高原山区运用本土中医药治疗肺病具有承前启后之意.
Abstract
Lan Mao is honored as a descendant of Shennong and a sage in southern Yunnan,and his academic thinking is concentrated in the book Materia Medica of South Yunnan(Dian Nan Ben Cao).This paper summarizes and classifies the medicines used for treating pulmonary diseases according to their natures,flavors,meridian tropism,and indications in the book.Furthermore,the medication rules,etiology,pathogenesis,compatibility rules,and prevention of cold,cough,wheezing disease,pulmonary abscess,and pulmonary tuberculosis were analyzed.By reviewing the experience of the ancient physician,this study aims to provide reference for the future treatment of pulmonary diseases in the highland mountainous areas with local Chinese medicines.
