双黄升白颗粒防治精气亏虚型肺癌化疗后骨髓抑制疗效的临床观察

摘要
目的 观察双黄升白颗粒防治精气亏虚型肺癌患者化疗后骨髓抑制的临床疗效.方法 选取上海市浦东新区中医医院 2019 年 10 月—2022 年 6 月收治的 92 例精气亏虚型肺癌患者为研究对象,采用完全随机设计原则分成两组,治疗组自化疗第 1 天起予双黄升白颗粒,对照组在化疗开始同步服用利可君片,两组疗程均为 14 天,评价其临床疗效并评估安全性.结果 治疗组化疗后白细胞及中性粒细胞下降幅度小于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前后治疗组中医证候改善情况较对照组存在优势(P<0.01),治疗组治疗后卡氏评分改善程度相比对照组而言较明显(P<0.05).结论 双黄升白颗粒能够防治精气亏虚证肺癌患者化疗后骨髓抑制的发生.
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shuanghuang Shengbai Granules on myelosuppression after chemotherapy for lung cancer in the patients with essential qi deficiency.Methods Ninety-two patients with lung cancer due to essential qi deficiency treated in Pudong New Area Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to June 2022 were selected and assigned into a treatment group and a control group by completely randomized design.The treatment group was treated with Shuanghuang Shengbai Granules since the first day of chemotherapy,while the control group was administrated with Leucogen while receiving chemotherapy.After 14 days of treatment,the clinical effects and safety in both groups were evaluated.Results The decreases of white blood cells and neutrophils after chemotherapy in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group outperformed the control group in alleviating the TCM syndrome(P<0.01)and increasing the KPS score(P<0.05).Conclusion Shuanghuang Shengbai Granules can prevent and treat myelosuppression after chemotherapy for lung cancer in the patients with essential qi deficiency.
