自拟温肺止咳方穴位贴敷治疗寒性咳嗽临床观察
Clinical Observation on Treating Cold Cough with Acupoint Application of Self-designed Wenfei Zhike Prescription

摘要
目的 观察自拟温肺止咳方穴位贴敷治疗寒性咳嗽的临床疗效.方法 选择南京市六合区中医院 2021 年 1 月—2022 年 12 月于呼吸科诊治的寒性咳嗽患者 104 例,随机分成观察组和对照组,观察组 52 例,对照组 52 例.对照组患者接受常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上使用自拟温肺止咳方穴位贴敷,5 天为 1 疗程.观察 1～2 个疗程.对比两组治疗结果.结果 治疗后寒性咳嗽总有效率观察组达到 94.23%,优于对照组的 76.92%(P＜0.05).观察组在咳嗽咳痰症状、体征改善及炎性指标C反应蛋白(CRP)下降时间上较对照组明显缩短,观察组优于对照组(P＜0.05).不良反应总发生率观察组为 5.77%,低于对照组(19.23%),两组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 自拟温肺止咳方穴位贴敷治疗寒性咳嗽疗效明显优于单纯西药治疗,缩短治疗周期及病程,且较为安全,费用低廉,操作方法简便易行,易于临床推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupoint application of self-designed Wenfei Zhike Prescription on cold cough.Methods A total of 104 patients with cold cough diagnosed and treated in the Department of Respiratory Medicine,Nanjing Liuhe District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and randomized into an observation group(n=52)and a control group(n=52).The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,and the observation group received acupoint application of self-designed Wenfei Zhike Prescription on the basis of the therapy in the control group.Each course of treatment lasted for 5 days,and the patients were observed for 1～2 courses.The treatment results were compared between the two groups.Results The total response rate in the observation group was 94.23%,which was higher than that(76.92%)in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had shorter time to alleviation of cough and expectoration,improvement of physical signs,and decrease of C-reactive protein(CRP)than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.77%,which was lower than that(19.23%)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The acupoint application of self-prepared Wenfei Zhike Prescription demonstrates better therapeutic effect than Western medicine alone and shortens the treatment period and course of disease.This therapy is safe,economical,and simple and thus suitable for clinical application and promotion.
