基于OBE理念的傣医方剂学临床实训课程教学探究

摘要
OBE教育理念是一种以学生学习成果为目标导向,强调以学生为主体,重视学生达到过硬的专业能力,采用逆向思维不断促进课程体系改革和完善反作用于学生的理念,具有一定先进性,近年来在我国高等医学教育领域中已应用.针对当前傣医方剂学临床实训中存在的问题,拟引入OBE理念贯穿于课程教学中,紧扣成果导向,明确教学目的;构建课程教学内容,创设临床实训教学项目;创新教学模式,构建师生互利教学形式;搭建考核评价体系,及时反馈学习成果.以期为少数民族医药课程在关于临床实训教学方面提供思考和启发.
Abstract
The OBE education concept takes students'learning results as the goal orientation,emphasizes students as the main body,attaches importance to students'ability to achieve excellent professional ability,and adopts reverse thinking to constantly promote the reform and improvement of the curriculum system to help students'learning.It has a certain degree of progressiveness and has been applied in the field of higher medical education in China in recent years.In view of the existing problems of clinical practice of Dai medicine formulas,this paper introduced the OBE concept into teaching,insisted on goal orientation,and clarified the teaching purpose.The teaching content was designed,and teaching projects of clinical practice were set up.In addition,the teaching mode was innovated,and a teaching method that was mutually beneficial to both teachers and students was proposed.An evaluation and assessment system was established to timely feedback on learning results.This paper aims to provide thinking and inspiration for the teaching of clinical practice in minority-oriented medical courses.
