幽门螺杆菌感染的中医药治疗进展

摘要
本文通过检索知网、PubMed、百度学术等多个文献数据库近五年相关文献,归纳总结中药有效成分对幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的作用机制及常用中药治疗效方,综述中医药治疗Hp感染的最新研究进展.研究表明,中医药通过调整体质、改善脾胃功能、抑菌等方法治疗Hp感染,疗效确切,中医药的优势包括根除率高、耐药性低、毒副作用小等.然而,目前中医药研究仍存在一些问题,如中药复方制剂药理研究与对于Hp根除机制仍需进一步探索,对于Hp感染的中医辨证证型和组方缺少统一标准,以后需要进行更多临床和基础研究来验证和探索中医药治疗Hp感染的确切机制和疗效.
Abstract
This paper reviews the latest research progress in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection based on the articles published in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),PubMed,and Baidu Scholar in the last five years.The mechanisms of the active components in Chinese medicines in treating Hp infection,as well as commonly used TCM treatment methods,were summarized.Studies have shown that TCM can treat Hp infection by adjusting the physical constitution,improving spleen and stomach functions,and inhibiting bacteria.The TCM treatment is praised for the high eradication rate,low drug resistance,and mild toxic side effects.However,there are still some issues to be addressed in the current TCM research.Specifically,the pharmacological mechanisms of TCM compound prescriptions and the mechanism of Hp eradication remain to be elucidated,and a unified standard for TCM syndrome differentiation and medicine compatibility for Hp infection remains to be established.Therefore,more clinical and basic studies should be carried out to decipher the exact mechanisms and efficacy of TCM in treating Hp infection.
