基于"补土伏火"法论潜阳封髓丹治疗寒热错杂型慢性咽炎

摘要
对于火热病证的治疗,临床常直接以"热者寒之"为治疗原则.但在岭南地区,由于受到气候、饮食、环境等的影响,脾胃虚弱、土虚火浮、寒热错杂证型的疾病不在少数,慢性咽炎便是其中之一.本文基于对"补土伏火"法源流的探析,结合分析潜阳封髓丹组成和内涵,讨论其在临床中治疗寒热错杂型慢性咽炎的运用.
Abstract
For the treatment of fire-heat syndrome,the clinical principle of treating heat with cold is often used directly.However,in the Lingnan region,due to the influence of climate,diet,and environment,there are many diseases with spleen-stomach weakness,earth deficiency with floating fire,and cold and heat in complexity,and chronic pharyngitis is one of them.Based on the analysis of the origin of the method of tonifying the earth and subduing the fire and the composition and connotation of Qianyang Fengsui Pill,this paper discusses its application in the clinical treatment of chronic pharyngitis with cold and heat in complexity.
