益胃消积方防治非幽门螺杆菌感染胃息肉切除术后复发的临床研究

摘要
目的 探究益胃消积方对非幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染胃息肉(GP)切除术后的防治作用.方法 按照纳入标准,纳入 2022 年 1 月—2023 年 1 月于毕节市中医院就诊的 60 例非Hp感染GP患者,以随机数字表按照 1∶1 比例进行对照组和治疗组的随机分组.对照组术后口服奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊,治疗组术后在对照组基础上予益胃消积方随证加减.6 个月后,比较治疗前后中医证候评分,胃镜复查比较息肉复发情况.结果 共有对照组 30 例、治疗组 29 例完成观察.治疗后,治疗组中医证候积分变化值高于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗组总有效率(86%)高于对照组(60%,P＜0.05);治疗组复发率(7%)低于对照组(30%,P＜0.05).结论 益胃消积方可减少非Hp感染GP切除术后患者的复发率,且可改善患者相关临床症状.
Abstract
Objective To explore the preventative and therapeutic effect of Yiwei Xiaoji Decoction on gastric polyps(GP)without Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection after resection.Methods According to the inclusion criteria,60 GP patients without Hp infection treated in the Bijie Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and assigned with the random number table method into a control group and a treatment group in a 1:1 ratio.The control group was treated with omeprazole enteric-coated capsules after surgery,and the treatment group was treated with modified Yiwei Xiaoji Decoction on the basis of the therapy in the control group.The treatment lasted for 6 months in both groups.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom score was recorded before and after treatment,and gastroscopy was employed to examine the recurrence of polyps.Results A total of 30 patients in the control group and 29 patients in the treatment group completed the observation.The changes in TCM symptom scores after treatment in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total response rate in the treatment group was 86%,which was higher than that(60%)in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the treatment group was 7%,which was lower than that(30%)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiwei Xiaoji Decoction can reduce the recurrence rate of GP without Hp infection after resection and alleviate the clinical symptoms of the patients.
