摘要
目的 本文在综述近年来沉香药理作用的基础上,通过CiteSpace分析 2013 年 5 月 31日—2023 年 5 月 31 日关于沉香(Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum)的发文趋势、作者及机构合作网络、研究现状、研究热点、发展趋势.方法 检索中国知网(CNKI)2013 年 5 月 31 日—2023年 5 月 31 日关于沉香的文献,使用CiteSpace软件对发文情况、作者及科研机构的合作网络、关键词、研究概况、研究趋势、研究热点进行关联或聚类分析,并绘制可视化图谱.结果 纳入 1 133 篇文献,年发文量呈现较为稳定的增长趋势;作者共现分析得出了以戴好富、魏建和、高晓霞为主的三大研究团队;机构合作网络密度为 0.0046;形成了用药规律、沉香、化学成分、沉香四醇等共 10 个关键词聚类.结论 目前关于沉香的研究还处于发展阶段,作者、机构较为松散,各地区需加强合作,为进一步研究提供基础.
Abstract
Objective To review the pharmacological effects of agarwood(Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum)in recent years and analyze the publication trends,author and institution collaboration networks,research status,research hotspots,and development trends from May 31,2013,to May 31,2023,using CiteSpace.Methods Literature on agarwood from May 31,2013,to May 31,2023,was retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI).CiteSpace software was used to perform co-occurrence or clustering analyses on publication trends,author and research institution collaboration networks,keywords,research status,research trends,and research hotspots.Visual maps were then generated.Results A total of 1 133 articles were included,showing a relatively stable growth trend in annual publications.The author co-occurrence analysis identified three major research teams led by Dai Haofu,Wei Jianhe,and Gao Xiaoxia.The institutional collaboration network density was 0.004 6.Ten keyword clusters were formed,including medication patterns,agarwood,chemical components,and agarotetrol.Conclusion Research on agarwood is still in the development stage,with authors and institutions relatively dispersed.There is a need to strengthen collaboration across regions to provide a foundation for further research.
