基于CiteSpace对中医药治疗肛瘘的可视化研究

摘要
目的 旨在通过对中医药治疗肛瘘相关文献的可视化分析,系统总结该领域的研究现状和发展趋势.方法 通过检索中国知网(CNKI)自 1990-2023 年的中医药治疗肛瘘相关文献,并利用CiteSpace软件进行作者、关键词和研究机构的可视化分析,包括共现图谱、关键词的聚类和突现分析.结果 最终筛选入选文献 1 129 篇,研究发文量整体呈上升趋势.通过可视化图谱分析,发文量≥4 篇的作者为 24 位,发文量≥4 篇的机构为 26 所,而关键词出现频次≥10 次的有 38 个.结论 各大机构在地域上呈现独立分布,学术合作相对较少.尚未形成紧密的网络合作关系,研究影响力较低.主要研究以临床疗效观察性研究为主,关注点主要集中在提高患者临床疗效满意度和减少并发症.部分文献涉及小儿肛瘘、数据挖掘、克罗恩病肛瘘、机制探究等方面,但这些研究特点主要是单中心,缺乏各团队之间的深入合作.未来的研究应该加强机构之间的学术合作,拓展研究领域,提高研究的整体质量和影响力.
Abstract
Objective To summarize current research status and make an outlook on the development trends of the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment of anal fistula based on a visual analysis of the available studies in this field.Methods The relevant articles on TCM treatment of anal fistula were retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)with the time interval from 1990 to 2023.CiteSpace was used for the visual analysis of authors,keywords,and research institutions,which included co-authorship networks,keyword clustering,and burst analysis.Results A total of 1 129 articles were included in this study,and the annual articles published exhibited a rising trend.The visual analysis revealed 24 authors with≥4 articles,26 institutions with≥4 articles,and 38 keywords with the frequency≥10.Conclusion The major research institutions in this field showed a geographically dispersed distribution,with limited academic collaboration.A collaboration network was not established,which resulted in a low research impact.The available studies were mainly based on clinical observation,focusing on the enhancement of patient satisfaction and the reduction of complications.Some articles involved anal fistula in children,data mining,Crohn's disease-related anal fistula,and mechanism exploration.However,these studies were predominantly single-center,lacking in-depth collaboration between research teams.Future research endeavors should prioritize academic collaboration between institutions,expand the scope of research,and enhance the overall quality and impact of research in this field.
