摘要
目的 分析中医药治疗抑郁症领域的研究现状、研究热点及研究趋势.方法 从中国知网(CNKI)、万方(Wanfang)及维普(VIP)中检索关于中医药治疗抑郁症的相关文献,采用VOSviewer和CiteSpace软件依次对发文年份、发文期刊、发文作者及单位、关键词等进行可视化分析.结果 根据纳排标准共收录文献 1 869 篇.发文量位于前三的团队分别为北京中医药大学第三附属医院唐启盛团队、中国中医科学院广安门医院黄世敬团队、北京中医药大学陈家旭团队.关键词可视化和共现分析的结果显示,抑郁、抑郁症、中医药、中医药疗法、用药规律、研究进展等为研究热点.结论 研究直观揭示了当前中医药治疗抑郁症的研究现状和热点,为该领域的进一步研究和发展提供了参考.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the research status,research hotspots,and research trends of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of depressive disorder.Methods Relevant literature on the treatment of depressive disorder with traditional Chinese medicine was retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),China Academic Journals Database(Wanfang),and Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP).VOSviewer and CiteSpace software were used to visually analyze the year of publication,journal of publication,author and unit of publication,and keywords.Results A total of 1 869 articles were included according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.The top three teams were Tang Qisheng's team from the Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,Huang Shijing's team from Guang'anmen Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences,and Chen Jiaxu's team from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.The results of keyword visualization and co-occurrence analysis showed that depression,depressive disorder,traditional Chinese medicine,traditional Chinese medicine therapy,medication rules,and research progress were research hotspots.Conclusion The research intuitively reveals the current research status and hotspots of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of depressive disorder and provides a reference for further research and development in this field.
