中药治疗原发性高血压的疗效及机制研究进展

摘要
原发性高血压(EH)是目前发病率极高的常见心血管疾病,可引起多器官并发症,且难以根治,严重危害人类健康.中药治疗EH具有较好的临床效果,有关的降压机制和靶器官保护作用是目前的研究热点之一.现从单味中药、中药复方两个方面阐述中药治疗EH的疗效及机制研究进展,为中药治疗EH的临床提供理论依据.
Abstract
Essential hypertension(EH)is a common cardiovascular disease with a high incidence rate at present,which can cause multiple organ complications and is difficult to cure,seriously endangering human health.Traditional Chinese medicine has a good clinical effect in treating EH,and the mechanism of depressurization and target organ protection is one of the current research focuses.This article expounded on the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of EH and its mechanism from two aspects of single Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of EH with traditional Chinese medicine.
