中医药治疗小儿急性肠系膜淋巴结炎的临床研究进展

摘要
急性肠系膜淋巴结炎是儿科一种常见的急腹症,严重危害患儿的身心健康,近年来逐渐成为研究热点.目前我国尚无统一的诊断标准,西医治疗多以对症支持治疗为主,但是容易反复发作,尚存在药物过敏、耐药及不良反应多等不足.中医辨证论治诊疗该病具有独特的优势,中医内治及外治疗法均疗效显著.本文通过检索中国知网(CNKI)收录的近 5 年(2019-2023 年)中文相关文献,归纳总结了小儿急性肠系膜淋巴结炎的病因病机、诊断标准、中医内治和外治疗法等研究,以期为临床提供新的思路和方法.
Abstract
Acute mesenteric lymphadenitis is a common acute abdomen in pediatrics,which seriously endangers the physical and mental health of children.In recent years,it has gradually become a research hotspot.At present,there is no unified diagnostic standard in China.Western medicine mainly focuses on symptomatic support treatment,but it is prone to repeated attacks,and there are still problems such as drug allergy,drug resistance,and adverse reactions.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment based on syndrome differentiation has unique advantages in the treatment of this disease.Both internal and external TCM therapies have remarkable curative effects.By searching relevant Chinese literature collected by CNKI in the past five years,this paper summarized the etiology,pathogenesis,diagnostic criteria,internal and external TCM therapies in children with acute mesenteric lymphadenitis,so as to provide new ideas and methods for clinical practice.
