中医特色健康管理模式联合中药热敷对腰突症患者疼痛及功能康复的影响

目的 研究探讨中医特色健康管理模式联合中药热敷对腰突症患者疼痛及功能康复的影响。方法 选取 2021 年 6 月—2023 年 6 月本院收治的 100 例腰突症患者为对象，随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组，每组 50 例。对照组以常规护理干预结合中药热敷干预，观察组在此基础上增加中医特色健康管理模式干预。评估对比两组中医症状评分、疼痛程度、康复效果、不良事件发生率。结果 观察组在干预 2、4、8、12 周时中医症状评分低于对照组(P＜0。05)。观察组在干预 2、4、8、12 周时视觉模拟评分低于对照组(P＜0。05)。观察组在干预 2、4、8、12周时日本骨科协会评估治疗评分低于对照组(P＜0。05)。观察组不良事件发生率 6。00%，低于对照组的 22。00%(P＜0。05)。结论 中医特色健康管理模式联合中药热敷对腰突症效果良好，缓解中医症状和疼痛程度，恢复腰椎功能，降低各种不良事件发生。
Effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine Characteristic Health Management Model Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Hot Compress on Pain and Functional Rehabilitation in Patients with Protrusion of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc
Objective To study the effects of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)characteristic health management model combined with TCM hot compress on pain and functional rehabilitation in the patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods One hundred patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical University from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected and assigned with the random number table method into an observation group(n=50)and a control group(n=50).The control group received routine nursing combined with TCM hot compress,while the observation group received TCM characteristic health management model on the basis of the therapy in the control group.The TCM symptom scores,pain degree,rehabilitation effect,and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had lower TCM symptom scores,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,and Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)score than the control group at weeks 2,4,8,and 12 of intervention(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 6.00%,which was lower than that(22.00%)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of TCM characteristic health management model and TCM hot compress alleviates TCM symptoms and pain,restores the lumbar function,and reduces the occurrence of adverse events in treating protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc.
