基于"态靶辨证"论述益元生血方治疗再生障碍性贫血

摘要
"态靶辨证"是仝小林院士提出的一种根据疾病不同阶段的不同状态,采取不同的"靶方""调态",最终达到提高中医药临床疗效目的的创新辨治体系.再生障碍性贫血(AA)是一种以异常免疫为主要发病机制的骨髓造血衰竭综合征,临床上中医学在辅助治疗AA方面有着值得肯定的疗效.笔者根据"态靶辨证"理论论述申小惠主任医师自拟靶方(益元生血方)、靶药(黄芪、党参、牡丹皮、茜草、丹参、女贞子、菟丝子、桑寄生、何首乌)治疗脾肾亏损、邪毒内蕴型AA,探索将"态靶辨证"理论应用于AA的辨证与治疗,以期为AA的治疗提供新的思路.
Abstract
"Target differentiation at different stages"is an innovative treatment system proposed by Academician Tong Xiaolin according to the different states of the disease at different stages.It adopted different target prescriptions and adjusted the state to finally improve the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine.Aplastic anemia(AA)is a bone marrow hematopoietic failure syndrome with abnormal immunity as the main pathogenesis.Based on the theory of"target differentiation at different stages",the authors discussed the treatment of spleen and kidney deficiency and evil poison-intrinsic AA by Chief Physician Shen Xiaohui's self-proposed target prescription(Yiyuan Shengxue Prescription)and target drugs(Astragalus membranaceus,Codonopsis,Cortex Moutan,India madder root,Salvia miltiorrhizae,Ligustrum ligustrum,Cuscuta seed,Chinese taxillus herb,and Polygonum multiflori)and explored the application of the theory of"target differentiation at different stages"in the syndrome differentiation and treatment of AA,so as to provide new ideas for the treatment of AA.
