Integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine Culture into Ideological and Political Teaching of Nursing Course in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Objective To explore the effect of integrating traditional Chinese medicine culture into ideological and political teaching of the nursing course in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods A total of 293 undergraduates majoring in nursing enrolled in 2021 were selected as the control group,and those enrolled in 2022 were selected as the observation group.The control group received conventional teaching,and the observation group received conventional teaching integrated with traditional Chinese medicine culture.At the end of the course,the two groups of undergraduates were investigated for course satisfaction,and the process assessment was combined with final assessment for evaluation of the learning performance in the two groups.Results The observation group had higher satisfaction on learning performance and comprehensive ability and higher assessment results than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrating traditional Chinese medicine culture into the ideological and political teaching of the nursing course in obstetrics and gynecology demonstrates remarkable effect and improve the teaching performance.
