Acupoint Selection Rule of Acupuncture Treatment for Acute Peripheral Facial Paralysis Based on Cloud Platform of Ancient and Modern Medical Records
Objective To explore the characteristics of the acupoint selection rule of acupuncture treatment for acute peripheral facial paralysis(PFP)by using the cloud platform of ancient and modern medical records. Methods The randomized controlled literature on acupuncture treatment of acute PFP were retrieved from four databases, namely China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Database(Wanfang),VIP database, and China Biomedical Database(SinoMed). The prescription database of acupoints was established after extracting the data, and the ancient and modern medical records cloud platform(V.2.3.7)was used for data analysis. Results A total of 245 articles were included.143 acupoints were analyzed, and the total frequency was 2 775 times. The top five frequently used acupoints during acupuncture treatment of acute PFP were Dicang,Hegu,Yangbai,Jiache, and Yifeng. The top five frequently used meridians were the stomach meridian of foot-Yangming,bladder meridian of foot-Taiyang,non-fourteen meridians(special points outside meridians),hand-Shaoyang Sanjiao meridian, and foot-Shaoyang gallbladder meridian. The top five frequently used acupoint pairs were Dicang-Yangbai,Hegu-Dicang,Jiache-Dicang,Hegu-Yangbai,and Jiache-Hegu.The acupoint combinations with the strongest correlation were Dicang-Yangbai,Dicang-Hegu,Dicang-Jiache,Yangbai-Hegu,and Yangbai-Jiache.Conclusion Yangjing is the main acupoint during acupuncture treatment of acute PFP,and the head and face acupoints are mainly applied. The clinical diagnosis can rely on Dicang,Hegu,Yangbai,Jiache, and Yifeng as the main acupoint and can be modified according to the symptom. The above rules can further guide the clinical treatment of acute PFP by acupoint selection.
