摘要
目的 使用数据挖掘探索中医药治疗精索静脉曲张(VC)的临床用药规律.方法搜寻中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform)、维普(CQVIP)自建库起至 2023 年 8 月的中医药治疗VC的文献,通过挑选并运用Excel规范后的药方材料输入"中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)"后予统算剖析,对中医证候、用药频次、性味归经、组方规律和新处方进行统算剖析,总结并研究中医药治疗VC的用药规律.结果共纳入 60 篇文献中的 80 首合格处方,包括 147 味中药,出现频次较高的中医证候依次是肾虚血瘀证、瘀血阻络证、气虚血瘀证、气滞血瘀证;频次≥20 的中药共有 11 味;性味多为温、甘,归经多是肝、肾、脾;频次较高的药对是"菟丝子-枸杞子""丹参-当归",置信度最高药物为淫羊藿、枸杞子与菟丝子;最后重组 13 个新药方.结论 目前中医药治疗VC以活血祛瘀为主,同时兼顾补肾、疏肝、健脾、理气、补气等治法.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of varicocele(VC)using data mining.Methods Literature on the treatment of VC with TCM was searched in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,and CQVIP databases from their inception to August 2023.Prescription data were selected and standardized using Excel,then input into the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support Platform(V2.5)for analysis.The analysis focused on TCM syndromes,medication frequency,flavor and meridian tropism,prescription rules,and new prescriptions to summarize and study the medication rules of TCM in the treatment of VC.Results A total of 80 qualified prescriptions from 60 pieces of literature were included,comprising 147 drugs.The most frequently identified TCM syndromes were kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,blood stasis obstructing the collaterals syndrome,qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.Eleven drugs had a frequency of 20 or more,which were warm in nature and sweet in flavor and acted on liver,kidney,and spleen meridians.The most frequently used herbal pairs were Cuscutae Semen-Lycii Fructus and Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma-Angelicae Sinensis Radix,with the highest confidence in the use of Epimedii Folium,Lycii Fructus,and Cuscutae Semen.Thirteen new prescriptions were recombined.Conclusion Currently,TCM treatment of VC primarily focuses on promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,while also considering kidney tonifying,liver soothing,spleen strengthening,qi regulation,and qi tonifying.
