经络理论在神经根型颈椎病患者中应用的研究进展

摘要
随着科学技术不断升级、互联网迅速发展和产业更新换代,"低头族"现象已成为常态,颈椎退行性疾病逐渐成为难以忽视的疾病,神经根型颈椎病作为颈椎退变诱发的疾病之一,其患者生活质量明显低于正常人群且经济负担日益沉重.经络理论是中医基础理论重要组成部分,经络理论指导下的保守疗法在神经根型颈椎病患者的治疗中不仅效果明显,优势显著,经济价廉且形式多样,发挥着无法比拟的优势作用.本文整理、归纳有关经络理论指导下中医干预神经根型颈椎病的文献,以期为经络理论在神经根型颈椎病中的应用提供多样化的临床思路.
Abstract
With the continuous progress in science and technology,the rapid development of the Internet,and the upgrading of industries,the phenomenon of phubbing has become increasingly common,and cervical degenerative diseases have showcased growing incidence.Cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,as one of the diseases induced by cervical degeneration,affects the quality of life and lifts an increasingly heavy economic burden of the patients.The theory of meridians and collaterals is an important part of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).The conservative therapy under the guidance of this theory demonstrates unique advantages in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy because of the definite effects,low costs,and various forms.We review the available articles about the TCM treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy based on the theory of meridians and collaterals,aiming to give insights into the application of this theory in clinical practice.
