摘要
腹泻型肠易激综合征是临床上的常见病与多发病,其临床特点为:腹痛、腹胀、腹泻、排便习惯改变等.从中医角度讲,此病病位在大肠,与肝、脾、肾等脏腑关系密切,与心、肺亦有一定相关性.孙盛教授将其基本病机用五行乘侮理论概括为:木旺乘土、土壅木郁、土虚水侮.本文试从五行乘侮理论探析腹泻型肠易激综合征的治疗,并试举医案一则,予以佐证.
Abstract
Irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea is a common and frequent clinical disease,and its clinical features are abdominal pain,abdominal distention,diarrhea,and changes in bowel habits.From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine,this disease is located in the large intestine,closely related to the liver,spleen,kidney,and other organs,and also has a certain relationship with the heart and lungs.Professor Sun Sheng summarized its basic disease mechanism with the theory of over-restriction and counter-restriction among five elements as follows:over-restriction of soil under hyperactive wood,earth stagnation and wood depression,and counter-restriction of water under earth deficiency.This paper attempts to explore the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea based on the theory of over-restriction and counter-restriction among five elements and uses a medical case to support it.
