Effect of Modified Shugan Jianpi Hewei Huazhuo Decoction in Treating Hp Infection-Related Gastric Diseases
Objective This paper aims to analyze the effect of modified Shugan Jianpi Hewei Huazhuo Decoction in treating Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection-related gastric diseases,as well as its impact on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome and Hp negative conversion rate.Methods Fifty patients were selected as the study subjects,all of whom received treatment at the Wanzai County People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022.They were divided into the observation group(n=25 cases)and control group(n=25 cases)based on the random number table method.The control group was treated with quadruple therapy,while the observation group was treated with Shugan Jianpi Hewei Huazhuo Decoction on the basis of the control group.The paper compared the clinical efficacy,Hp negative conversion rate,TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment,and inflammatory factors[C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF),homocysteine(Hcy),and interleukin-6(IL-6)]between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group showed a significant decrease in TCM syndrome scores,and the reduction was more significant than in the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,CRP,TNF,Hcy,and IL-6 in the observation group decreased,and the reduction was more significant than in the control group(P<0.01).The Hp negative conversion rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of the quadruple therapy,the treatment of Hp infection-related gastric diseases with modified Shugan Jianpi Hewei Huazhuo Decoction has higher clinical efficacy,and it can significantly improve TCM syndromes,inhibit inflammatory reactions,and improve Hp clearance effect.
