Research Progress on Classic Formula Jinshui Liujun Decoction and Predictive Analysis of Its Quality Markers
The classic formula Jinshui Liujun Decoction is included in the Ming Dynasty's The Complete Works of[Zhang]Jing-yue,which mainly treats the syndrome of lung and kidney deficiency and cold and is used clinically for the treatment of pulmonary diseases.This study elaborates on the chemical constituents,pharmacological activities,and clinical application of Jinshui Liujun Decoction and makes a predictive analysis of its quality markers(Q-markers)based on the"Q-marker Five Principles".It is found that ferulic acid,hesperidin,rehmannioside A,rehmannioside D,polyporenic acid C,glycyrrhizin,glycyrrhizic acid,and 6-gingerol in Jinshui Liujun Decoction can be used as its Q-markers.This study can provide support for the establishment of the quality standard system of Jinshui Liujun Decoction and its further research.
