摘要
本研究以风哮证为研究对象,以历代文献、现代医家的诊疗思路为基础,采取文献综述和临床例证相结合的方法对风哮证进行研究.本研究认为风哮证的病因是肺气不固、风邪侵袭,应治以固表祛风法,同时探讨了固表祛风法治疗风哮证的临床应用,以期为中医药治疗风哮证提供思路.
Abstract
This study focuses on Feng Xiao Syndrome,drawing on historical literature and the treatment approaches of contemporary medical practitioners.Using a combination of literature review and clinical case analysis,we investigate its characteristics.This research identifies the main causes of Feng Xiao Syndrome as a deficiency of lung Qi and the invasion of wind pathogens,suggesting that treatment should aim at reinforcing the exterior and eliminating wind method.Additionally,we explore the clinical applications of this approach in treating Feng Xiao Syndrome,with the aim of providing insights for Traditional Chinese Medicine in its management.
