新安医家黄孝周诊治一例先兆流产并宫腔巨大积血报告
A Report on Diagnosis and Treatment of a Case of Threatened Miscarriage with Massive Intrauterine Hemorrhage by Xin'an Physician Huang Xiaozhou

摘要
在新冠病毒感染"乙类乙管"政策出台之后,正值Omicron感染流行期间,包括孕妇在内的特殊群体亦未幸免.新安黄氏妇科黄孝周先生诊治一例孕早期患者感染新冠Omicron病毒后并发先兆流产合并宫内巨大积血,经过服用补肾健脾安胎、和血化瘀止血之中药,最终宫内积血明显减少,保胎成功,安娩一健康女婴.现作简要报告,以期为临床提供一定思路,为科研提供一定的循证依据.
Abstract
The introduction of the itute of"and Class Bion of th was during the epidemic period of Omicron infection,special populations,including pregnant women,were infected.This article reviewed the diagnosis and treatment of a case of threatened miscarriage with massive intrauterine hemorrhage for a pregnant woman infected with the Omicron virus in early pregnancy by Mr.Huang Xiaozhou in the Department of Gynecology of Xin'an Huang's family.After taking the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)of nourishing blood and removing stasis,tonifying the kidney,and tranquilizing the fetus,the intrauterine hemorrhage was significantly reduced,and the fetus was successfully protected.Finally,a healthy baby girl was delivered safely.This paper summarized their diagnostic and therapeutic insights,so as to provide certain ideas for clinical practice and provide certain evidence for scientific research.
