摘要
耳科疾病愈渐高发,其具有多发性、迁延性、高致残性等致病特点,后遗症更可进一步严重危害患者生活质量,探索绿色有效的治疗方式极具重要临床意义.针灸疗法的应用历史悠久,近代针灸医家提出不同针灸方式,结合各自选穴理论及针刺手法,治疗各类耳科病种,疗效显著.本研究将常见耳病分为耳鸣、耳聋、耳胀耳闭及脓耳、耳眩晕和耳面瘫等类展开讨论,通过检索中国知网、维普、万方、PubMed等数据库自建库至 2023 年的文献,对针灸治疗耳病的临床研究进展进行综述,以期为针灸临床实践及进一步研究提供更多依据与参考思路.
Abstract
The increasing incidence of ear diseases has a serious impact on the quality of life of patients due to their characteristics of being multiple,persistent,and highly disabling and sequelae.Thus,exploring green and effective treatment methods is of great clinical significance.Acupuncture and moxibustion therapy has long been applied.Modern acupuncture and moxibustion practitioners have proposed different acupuncture and moxibustion methods,in combination with their respective acupoint selection theories and acupuncture techniques,to treat various types of ear diseases,achieving significant therapeutic effects.This study aims to explore the current clinical research status of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for various common ear diseases,including tinnitus,deafness,ear distension,otopyorrhea,auditory vertigo,and otogenic facial paralysis,according to literature retrieved on databases such as CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data,and PubMed which was published from the establishment of the databases to 2023.It is expected to provide more diagnostic and therapeutic ideas and treatment plans for clinical treatment of related diseases with acupuncture and moxibustion.
