七丹胶囊的成型工艺设计研究

目的筛选出合适的辅料与三七提取物和丹参总酚酸配比,测定其成型性及引湿性.方法 通过将物料制成颗粒并测定其成型性;将所制成的粒在高湿的环境中测其吸湿性、流动性等粉体学性质,观察其外观确定其引湿性.结果 加入的辅料以丹参浸膏喷干粉和三七浸膏喷干粉以1∶5的比例混合、添加37%的糊精和糖粉(1∶1)、1%微粉硅胶及2%的硬脂酸镁混合均匀为最佳配比.结论 该配比可改善丹参浸膏喷干粉和三七浸膏喷干粉成型性、抗湿性,制成粒径大小在20~40目之间的颗粒,用胶囊板装入一号胶囊中即得.
Objective To select the appropriate ratio among extract of notoginseng, total salvianolic acid and other excipients, and to test formability and conductivity moisture. Methods Determination of formability by processing into granules. And confirming the conductivity moisture by testing hyproscopicity and liquidity of the granules in high humidity. Results The best ratio was that the sprayed powder of Salvia extract mixed withsprayed powder of Panax extract by 1:5, add the same proportion of 37% dextrin and icing sugar, and increase 1% aerosil and 2% magnesium stearate. Conclusion There was better formability and moisture resistance of the sprayed powder of Salavia extract and Panax extract. The size of mixed granules was 20~40 mesh, and put up in no.l capsules.
