蓬莪术醋制前后“行气破血”功效变化对比研究

目的 探明醋制对蓬莪术“行气破血”功效的影响,为中医临床合理应用蓬莪术生品及醋制品提供理论依据.方法 以小鼠肠推进法、胃排空法观测其对胃肠运动作用,以毛细玻璃管法测定全血凝血时间,以鼠尾横切法测定小鼠尾出血时间,基于“气滞血瘀”模型和“寒凝血瘀”模型测定大鼠全血黏度高、中、低切变速率和血浆黏度、血细胞压积、聚集指数等血液流变指标.结果 蓬莪术醋制前后对小鼠胃肠推动功能均有一定作用,且生品略强;醋制后抗凝血功能增强,且能明显改善血液流变指标,其作用对“气滞血瘀”模型大鼠强于“寒凝血瘀”模型大鼠.结论 蓬莪术生品行气作用略强,醋制品破血之效更胜一筹,且更适宜用于“气滞血瘀”.
Comparative Research on Efficacy of Promoting the Flow of Qi and Eliminate Blood Stasis of Curcuma Rhizoma before and after Processing with Vinegar
Objective To explore the efficacy of promoting the flow of qi and eliminate blood stasis of Curcuma Rhizoma before and after processing with vinegar,to provide theoretical basis of reasonable application and to present the reasons for choosing raw products or vinegar products in the clinic practice.Methods The gastrointestinal movement was determined by intestinal propulsion and gastric emptying;the whole blood activated clotting time was determined by glass capillary;the bleeding time of mice was determined by crosscutting rat tail;the hemodynamic indexes were determined based on the rat model of stagnation of vital energy and blood stasis and the rat model of cold coagulation and blood stasis.Results Both the raw and vinegar products of Curcuma Rhizoma have some efficacy of gastrointestinal promoting,especially the raw product;compared with raw product,the anticoagulant function of vinegar products' has been enhanced,and the hemodynamic indexes were improved,especially to the rat model of stagnation of vital energy and blood stasis.Conclusion Curcuma Rhizoma raw products are better to promoting the flow of qi,and the vinegar products are better to eliminate blood stasis,especially to treat the stagnation of vital energy and blood stasis.
