摘要

目的 提高刺五加片剂的质量标准.方法 采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对刺五加片剂中的异嗪皮啶、紫丁香苷和绿原酸进行定性鉴别;用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对刺五加片剂中的紫丁香苷、刺五加苷E和异嗪皮啶同时进行含量测定.结果 TLC中刺五加片剂在与刺五加对照药材和异嗪皮啶、紫丁香苷和绿原酸相应位置上,分别呈现相同颜色的斑点;紫丁香苷、刺五加苷E和异嗪皮啶的线性范围均为0.25~100μg·ml-1(r分别为0.999 26、0.999 55、0.999 60).结论 本实验建立的定性及定量方法简单可行,重复性好,能有效地控制并提高现有的刺五加片剂的质量标准.

Abstract

Objective To improve the quality standards of Acanthopanax tablet.Methods Thin layer chromatography (TLC) was used to identify isofraxidin, syringin and chlorogenic acid in Acanthopanax tablet;High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to determine the syringin, eleutheroside E and isofraxidin in Acanthopanax tablet simultaneously.Results In the result ofTLC, Acanthopanax tablets showed the same color spots with controlling herbs, isofraxidin, syringin and chlorogenic acid in the corresponding position respectively;Syringin, eleutheroside E and isofraxidin showed a good linearity in range of 0.25 ~ 100 μg·m1-1 (r =0.999 26, 0.999 55, 0.999 60, respectively).Conclusion The methods of identification and quantification were accurate, feasible and reproducible.It can be used effectively for the quality control of Acanthopanax tablet.
