目的 为了给山豆根实生苗的规模化和规范化生产提供指导与参考,确保山豆根实生苗质量的稳定和可控.方法 通过对山豆根实生苗生产的选址、播种、播后管理、病虫害防治、分级标准、包装和运输等研究,总结制定出山豆根实生苗生产标准规程.结果 按本规程能生产出符合质量标准的山豆根实生苗.结论 本规程可为山豆根实生苗的规模化和规范化生产提供指导与参考.
Standard Operating Procedure of Production on Sophora tonkinensis Gapnep.Seedlings
Objective In order to provide guidance and reference for large-scale and standardized production of Sophora tonkinensis Gapnep.seedlings,ensure stability and controllability of the seedlings.Methods Through the research of production on Sophora tonkinensis Gapnep.seedlings,including seedlings field selection,sowing,seedlings field management,disease and pest control,grading standards,packaging and transportation,etc.,the SOP was established for Sophora tonkinensis Gapnep.seedlings.Results According to methods of the SOP,we can produce Sophora tonkinensis Gapnep.seedlings of meeting the quality standard.Conclusion The SOP can provide guidance and reference for large-scale and standardized production of Sophora tonkinensis Gapnep.seedlings.
