中海拔地区红牙大戟引种栽培初探

目的 红牙大戟原产于低海拔热带、亚热带地区,为扩大红牙大戟的栽培区域,将红牙大戟从低海拔地区引种到1 840 m的中海拔地区试种,初步开展了红牙大戟根的生物学特性及引种到中海拔地区栽培的生态适应性研究.方法 采用红牙大戟不带根茎的根作为繁殖材料进行栽培,观察根上不定芽发生特性;分别于冬季11月和次年夏季7月引种红牙大戟,统计不同引种时期红牙大戟的保苗率;将红牙大戟栽培于粘土、红壤、50%红壤+50%粗砂,30%红壤+70%粗砂的基质中,统计不同栽培基质中红牙大戟的成活率;采用无覆盖、覆盖厚5~8cm松毛、覆盖厚5~8cm松毛+盖地膜三种不同覆盖措施保护红牙大戟越冬,统计不同保护措施下红牙大戟的保苗率;将引种栽培一年后的红牙大戟地下部分挖起,观察不定根发生特点并统计不定根膨大数量.结果 红牙大戟不带根茎的根不能作为繁殖材料,生长季节引种红牙大戟有利于提高保苗率,偏砂性红壤最适宜红牙大戟生长,只要冬季土表层土温不低于2℃红牙大戟可以生存,红牙大戟膨大的侧根是增加产量的基础.结论 中海拔地区在冬季采取适当的保护措施可以引种栽培红牙大戟.
Preliminary Study on Introduction and Cultivation of Knoxia valeriaides in Mid-altitude Area
Objective The origin ofKnoxia valeriaides was lower altitudes tropical and subtropical regions.K.valeriaides was introduced to 1 840 m mid-altitude area,the biological characteristics and adaptability of K.valeriaides was primary studied.Methods The K.valeriaides was used to the roots without rhizomes for breeding and observed adventitious shoot formation characteristic.K.valeriaides was introduced on November and the next summer on July separately and observed survival rate.And it was planted in different substrates in including clay,red soil,50% red soil and 50% coarse sandy,30% red soil and 70% coarse sandy,and observed survival rate in different substrate.We adopted without covering,covering with thickness of 5 ~ 8 cm pine-needles,covering with thickness of 5 ~ 8 cm pine-needles and adding mulch to protect them overwintering and observed survival rate.After introduction and cultivation one year,we dug up the underground parts of K.valeriaides and observed adventitious shoot formation characteristic and its expanding quantity.Results K.valeriaides roots without rhizomes could not be taken as material for breeding.Introducing in the growing season,seedlings survival rate was obviously higher.The red soil with a little sandy was best for the K.valeriaides growth.K.valeriaides could survive in topsoil temperature was not less than 2 ℃.Adventitious root with microtuber was the basis for increasing its production.Conclusion In the winter,K.valeriaides could be introduced and cultivated in midaltitude area if taken the adequate measures for preventing it.
