金银花口溶膜的制备及质量评价

摘要
目的 制备金银花口溶膜,并进行质量评价.方法 采用流延法制备金银花口溶膜,以膜剂机械性能和崩解时间为考察指标,采用单因素法对处方关键因素进行考察.结果 确定了金银花口溶膜的最优处方,并按最优处方连续制备了三批样品,三批样品机械性能均良好,崩解时间小于30 s,溶出快速,含量符合要求.结论 金银花口溶膜的制备工艺合理,产品质量稳定,可进行商业化开发.
Abstract
Objective To prepare Flos Lonicerae oral soluble films and evaluate the quality.Methods The solvent casting method was used to prepare Flos Lonicerae oral soluble films,the mechanical properties of film-forming agent and disintegration time as index,the prescription key factors were investigated by single factor method.Results The optimal prescription was determined,and according to the optimal prescription,three batches of samples was prepared,these samples had good mechanical properties,the disintegration time was less than 30 s with fast dissolving profile and good content.Conclusion The preparation ofFlos Lonicerae oral soluble films is reasonable,product quality is stable and the Flos Lonicerae oral soluble films can be carried out in large scale.
