养心通脉方对气虚血瘀证冠心病稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效观察

目的 观察养心通脉方对气虚血瘀证冠心病(CHD)稳定性心绞痛(SAP)患者的临床疗效.方法 选取大连市友谊医院139例气虚血瘀证CHD-SAP患者,依照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组(69例)接受常规西医治疗,观察组(70例)在对照组基础上接受养心通脉方治疗.比较两组疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分、西雅图心绞痛量表(SAQ)评分、肠道菌群、炎症因子[IL-10、IL-6、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)]水平.结果 与对照组比较,观察组总有效率较高,中医证候积分较低,SAQ评分较高,乳酸菌、双歧杆菌数量较多,大肠杆菌较少,血清IL-10、IL-6、hs-CRP水平较低.结论 养心通脉方治疗气虚血瘀证CHD-SAP效果显著,可改善临床症状,降低炎症因子水平,调节肠道菌群.
Clinical Observation of Yangxin Tongmai Recipe on Stable Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease with Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome
Objective To evaluate the effect of the Nourishing Heart and Circulation Formula in treating patients with(Qi deficiency and blood stasis evidence)coronary heart disease(CHD)stable angina pectoris(SAP).Methods 139 patients with CHD-SAP with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(69 cases)received routine western medicine treatment,and the observation group(70 cases)received Yangxin Tongmai recipe treatment on the basis of the control group.The curative effect,TCM syndrome score before and after treatment,Seattle Angina Scale(SAQ)score,intestinal flora,and inflammatory factors(IL-10,IL-6,hs-CRP)levels were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher total effective rate,a lower TCM syndrome score,a higher SAQ score,more lactic acid bacteria and bifidobacteria,fewer Escherichia coli,and lower serum IL-10,IL-6 and hs-CRP levels.Conclusion The Yangxin Tongmai recipe has a signifiicant effect on CHD-SAP with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,which can improve clinical symptoms,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,regulate intestinal flora.
