Exploring the Mechanism of the Miao Medicine Indigofera stachyodes to Promote Chronic Wound Healing Based on Network Pharmacology and Molecular Docking Technique
Objective To study the mechanism of multi-component,multi-target and multi-pathway healing of chronic wounds by Indigofera stachyodes. Methods Network pharmacology and molecular docking techniques were applied to screen the possible key components and core targets of Indigofera stachyodes for the treatment of chronic wounds, and in vivo pharmacodynamic experiments were combined to validate the healing-promoting effect of Indigofera stachyodes at petroleum ether sites. Results Network pharmacological screening identified 38 active ingredients,9 core targets,20 GO annotations and 6 KEGG pathways with good affinity between the active ingredients and the core targets, andin vivo efficacy results showedthatIndigofera stachyodes could shorten the healing cycle by decreasing the infiltration of inflammatory cells, and promoting the proliferation of cells and the neo-naturation of capillaries. Conclusion Indigofera stachyodes petroleum ether sites can exert therapeutic effects on chronic wounds through multi-component,multi-target and multi-travelling routes.
