Clinical Observation of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Tang Combined with Huoluo Xiaoling Dan on Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis of Different Stages
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu tang combined with Huoluo Xiaoling dan in patients with rheumatoid arthritis of different stages.Methods Compared with the baseline data,clinical symptoms before and after treatment,cytokine levels,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,and clinical efficacy between the two groups of patients.Established a generalized estimation equation model to compare the differences in clinical efficacy among patients.Results After treatment,VAS scores,number of tenderness joints,number of swollen joints,CRP,ESR,VEGF,IL-6,TNF-α level and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores decreased;the observation group was lower than the control group.The total effective rate of the observation group were higher than that of the control group.When patients with mild active rheumatoid arthritis were treated for 4 weeks,the clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group.In patients with moderate and severe active rheumatoid arthritis,the observation group had better effects at different times than the control group.Conclusion Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu tang combined with Huoluo Xiaoling dan has a certain impact on the clinical efficacy of patients with different stages of rheumatoid arthritis,and has certain advantages in the treatment of moderate and severe active rheumatoid arthritis patients.
