摘要
中药中萜类、黄酮类、生物碱类、甾体类、酚酸类、胆汁酸类等多种活性成分均可通过凋亡途径,诱导过度增殖的成纤维细胞死亡,减少细胞外基质病理性累积,从而发挥治疗病理性瘢痕的作用.通过对近年凋亡通路在病理性瘢痕中的作用以及中药活性成分干预的研究进展进行综述,以期为治疗病理性瘢痕的新药研发提供思路.
Abstract
Various active ingredients such as terpenes,flavonoids,alkaloids,steroids,phenolic acids and bile acids in traditional Chinese medicine can induce excessive proliferation of fibroblasts through apoptosis,reduce pathological accumulation of extracellular matrix,and thus play a role in treating pathological scars.Therefore,the role of apoptosis pathways in pathological scars in recent years and the research progress on the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine active ingredients are reviewed,in order to provide ideas for the development of new drugs for treating pathological scars.
