覆盆子、山莓不同部位及果实不同生长阶段无机元素分析

目的 分析覆盆子、山莓不同部位及果实不同生长阶段中23种无机元素的含量,揭示无机元素在覆盆子、山莓不同部位分布及果实不同生长阶段动态积累规律.方法 以浓硝酸为消解剂,微波消解法处理样品.采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定覆盆子、山莓中23种无机元素.结果 23种无机元素线性关系良好,相关系数r≥0.994 5、回收率在94.30%~106.81%之间,RSD均小于3.62%.无机元素在覆盆子和山莓植株中不同部位的分布差异显著,覆盆子和山莓中嫩叶的无机元素含量较高,其次是老叶、根、果实、老茎和嫩茎.对于果实不同阶段中无机元素分析,随着果实的成熟,无机元素含量呈现下降的趋势.覆盆子和山莓中Hg和Pt元素含量均低于检测限,但覆盆子中Pb超限需要引起重视.结论 建立的方法可以用于覆盆子、山莓中无机元素测定,为覆盆子和山莓资源的开发和安全用药提供依据.
Study on Distribution and Dynamic Accumulation of Inorganic Elements in Rubus chingii Hu and Rubus corchorifolius L.f.During Different Parts and Fruit Growth Stages
Objective To analyze the contents of 23 inorganic elements in Rubus chingii Hu(RCH)and Rubus corchorifolius L.f.(RCL)and explore the distribution and dynamic change of inorganic elements in RCH and RCL during different parts and fruit growth stages.Methods The samples were pretreated by microwave digestion method using HNO3 as the digestion solvent,and the contents of 23 kinds of inorganic element were determined simultaneously by ICP-MS method.Results The determination results of 23 kinds of inorganic elements all had a good linear relationship(r≥0.994 5).The recovery was 94.30%-106.81%,RSD≤3.62%.There were significant differences in the distribution of inorganic elements in different parts of RCH and RCL.Young leaves of RCH and RCL had the highest content of inorganic elements,followed by old leaves,roots,fruits,old stems and young stems.As for the analysis of inorganic elements in different stages of fruits,the amount of inorganic elements showed a decreasing trend with the ripening of fruits.Hg and Pt elements were not detected in RCH and RCL,and Pb was over-limited in RCH.Conclusion The method can be used for the determination of inorganic elements in RCH and RCL,providing a basis for the development and safe use of RCH and RCL resources,and providing basic data for further control of the quality of traditional Chinese medicine.
