Optimization of the Preparation Process of Evodia Juice and the Concoction Process of Yu-yuanzhi by Orthogonal Experiment Combined with AHP Method
Objective To optimize the preparation process of Evodia juice and the processing technique of combining it with Polygala tenuifolia.Methods Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis(MCDA),and combining L9(34)orthogonal text,the impact of water volume,soaking time and extraction time on the preparation process of Evodia juice was investigated,with evodiamine,rutaecarpine,dehydroevodiamine,wuzhuyu capilline,limonin,and decoction yield as the observed index.Similarly,the effects of Liquid-to-material ratio,roasting temperature and roasting time on the preparation of Polygala tenuifolia combined with Evodia juice were studied,with tenuifolin,polygalaxanthone Ⅲ,3,6'-disinapoyl sucrose,onjisaponin B,polygalacic acid,senegenin,evodiamine,rutaecarpine and dehydroevodiamine as the observed index.Results The optimal preparation process for Evodia juice was as follows:extraction performed three times,with a water volume of 12 times the amount of medicinal materials,soaking for 60 min,and extraction for 50 min.The best technique for combining Evodia juice with Polygala tenuifolia was to take Polygala tenuifolia and add 1.5 times the amount of Evodia juice,roasting at 140℃ for 8 minutes.Conclusion This experiment holds significance in standardizing the preparation process of Evodia juice and the processing technique of combining it with Polygala tenuifolia,which provide reference for the optimization of processing technology of traditional Chinese medicine Yuanzhi.
